Re-plastering and Flooring: Every wall was re-plastered, and we added new carpets and hardwood laminate flooring, giving the interior a clean and inviting appearance.
Full Reroof: We installed a new roof using A-rated natural slates which future proofs the property.
Cozy Lounge Features: We installed a new electric fire in the lounge, adding warmth and ambiance to the space.

The outdoor area was just as important as the interior. The back garden had become an overgrown jungle, but we saw its potential:

Garden Makeover: We removed the overgrowth and replaced it with an Indian sandstone patio, complemented by raised planters and a new lawn, creating a lovely outdoor space for family gatherings.
